香噴噴之蔥燒餅


昨晚第一次嘗試做了中式麵點之蔥燒餅,剛出爐時,香噴噴的蔥花香味四溢整個廚房與客廳,忍不住先吃了一個試口味,真的是又Q又香,外皮酥脆,整體也很有咬勁,老公吃了一直稱讚,不過我覺得蔥花餡可以再加多些,應該會更好吃。

食譜是從網路上學來的,材料與步驟都很簡單,主要是將中筋麵粉,水,糖,酵母揉成麵團等適當發酵,再桿平加上蔥花餡(蔥花,胡椒粉,鹽與適量食用油)與芝麻,三折後再切成適當大小,便可以放入烤箱烤,不到30分便搞定啦!今早早餐我試著用微波加熱,又變成另一種口感,好像蔥花捲,也是不錯呢!
